The renowned trio have curated a contemporary six-course wine-matched menu for Three’s Company, which will be held at recently reopened luxury dining space Nineteen at The Star, located on the top level of The Star Gold Coast’s new six-star hotel, The Darling. Three’s Company forms part of a mouth-watering calendar of events happening across the city from May 31 to June 3 for The Gold Coast Food & Wine Festival.
The menu created by Paul Carmichael, Chase Kojima and Kelvin Andrews has been kept under wraps, though you can expect a showcase of the intricate tastes from each of their respective restaurants. The intimate event is a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience, so as you’d expect, there are very limited seats available. Tickets are $250 per person for six courses with paired drinks and can be purchased here.
