Chef Christine Evans and her talented daughter Natalie have created a delicious and tasty mouth-watering menu. The organic chia pudding topped with rawnola and served with nut mylk is a wonderful and healthy way to start your day. A nutritious mix of almond, coconut, peach, mango, plum, passionfruit, kiwifruit and strawberries top the dish, whilst a sprinkle of edible flowers and watercress complete this wondrous creation.
