Featuring unique yet simple flavour combinations, Kiyomi is a celebration of cutting-edge Japanese cuisine. The menu, curated by internationally renowned executive head chef Chase Kojima, offers traditional Japanese-style delights with a modern twist and includes scampi with foie gras, white soy, apple and mizuna salad, as well as binchotan duck breast with beetroot, sansho pepper and wasabi, and salmon robata with ssamjang miso and watercress.
