Yamagen executive chef Adam Lane has curated a dish of thinly sliced ocean trout with green apple and cucumber oroshi, buckwheat, green tea, ponzu and scampi oil. As part of the Perfect Pairing, you can savour this dish while sipping on the Yuzu Sakuranbo Sour with yuzu gin, chu and juice, cherry bitters and lemongrass syrup. The Yamagen x Yuzu Gin Secret Garden is open for walk-ins, bookings and private functions from Tuesday through Sunday from 5:30 pm.
