Finn Poké, with locations in Burleigh Heads, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and Byron Bay, has reinvented its classic poke bowls into a mouth-watering array of tacos that are based on tropical poke flavours on a blue corn tortilla base.
There are four drool-inducing combinations to choose from including the Coconutz Salmon (salmon sashimi, ginger ponzu, ‘avo-coco’ sauce, pineapple, green chillies, house slaw and toasted coconut), The Chook (slow-cooked chicken breast, classic shoyu, sriracha mayo, crispy garlic, pickled ginger, house slaw, fresh coriander and onion dressing) and a Teriyaki Shrooms for meat-free mates. It’s the lunch you didn’t know you need, but definitely do. The handheld parcels of happiness have become an instant hit, emerging as a best seller at each of Finn Poké’s locations.
