Feast your eyes on this glorious poke taco hybrid from Finn Poké

When it comes to what to have for lunch, we're in a constant state of conflict. Our head tells us we should eat more greens and lay off the fried food, but our heart, well, let's just say the heart wants what the heart wants, and for us, that's tacos. If you appreciate the struggle, we have some news that may be of interest – Finn Poké has gone and done the impossible, it's made tacos even more delicious. Taco-lovers, say hello to your new favourite hybrid ...

If we had to choose one food to eat every single day for the rest of our lives, tacos would be pretty high on the list. What’s not to love? The endless variety of fillings, the way the flavours all mix together and dance across your taste buds, the way there’s really no elegant method to devouring them – it’s all in with both hands or nothing. Finn Poké, with locations in Burleigh Heads, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and Byron Bay, has reinvented its classic poke bowls into a mouth-watering array of tacos that are based on tropical poke flavours on a blue corn tortilla base.

There are four drool-inducing combinations to choose from including the Coconutz Salmon (salmon sashimi, ginger ponzu, ‘avo-coco’ sauce, pineapple, green chillies, house slaw and toasted coconut), The Chook (slow-cooked chicken breast, classic shoyu, sriracha mayo, crispy garlic, pickled ginger, house slaw, fresh coriander and onion dressing) and a Teriyaki Shrooms for meat-free mates. It’s the lunch you didn’t know you need, but definitely do. The handheld parcels of happiness have become an instant hit, emerging as a best seller at each of Finn Poké’s locations.

If you’re keen to wrap your mitts around a poke taco, head to Finn Poké at Burleigh Heads, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre or Byron Bay.
