The Croffle is the latest edible creation from the masterminds behind D Point Ten in Southport, elevating the classic croissant by taking that buttery roll of pastry and baking it in a waffle iron, rather than an oven. This pastry revelation is available in a mouth-watering array of flavours, including a sweet and simple cinnamon-dusted variety through to the crowd-pleasing strawberries and fresh chantilly cream. You can even indulge your childhood cravings with the likes of a Froot Loop-topped Croffle – just don’t tell your mum you had it for breakfast. Those who prefer savoury snacks aren’t left out in the cold, with a classic ham-and-cheese combo that promises to hit the sweet (or savoury) spot. The Croffle flavours will change regularly so there will always be something new to sink your teeth into.

This devilishly flaky pastry is made fresh daily by the team at D Point Ten, but sold exclusively at the Croffee shopfront in Southport. The cafe also serves coffee for you to grab and go with your Croffle, or you can sit back and savour the deliciousness in store.
