Clear your diary on Sunday March 8 for this very unique opportunity to experience the hatted restaurant like you’ve never seen it before! It’ll be transformed with DJ beats and disco balls, while over in the kitchen, chef and owner Alex Munoz Labart will be slinging one-off snacks (think lobster rolls and fries) that are not normally available on the Labart menu. You’ll also be among the first to experience Labart’s new La Burger – featuring a wagyu beef patty, La Pickles (baby cucumber pickles soon to be sold in jars), smoked American cheese, Labart’s Mac Sauce and a side of seasoned fries – before it launches as a permanent fixture on the lunch menu.
The team will be shaking and stirring house cocktails to order (yuzu margarita, please), while a fun series of natural wines will also be pouring across the afternoon. The party kicks off at midday on Sunday March 8 and runs through until 6:00 pm, though ticket holders can stroll on in at any time. Tickets are $35 – that buys you a Labart tote bag (represent, yo’) and entry to the party. Snacks and drinks will be available to purchase at your leisure. Sounds yum and fun, right?
