Aviary’s cheekily-named topping combos include the Side Chick (tequila and lime chicken breast with chipotle barbecue sauce, red onion, bacon, and semi-dried tomato smothered in smoked mozzarella) and the Underbelly (Brookvale Union ginger beer-braised pork belly, bacon, sweet and sour onions with wild mushrooms and a ricotta-stuffed crust).

The genius pizzaiolo – Chef Stefano – responsible for spinning the dough will not only be serving up his top-notch traditional-style pizzas, but can also serve gluten-free and vegan renditions of the Italian favourite at no extra charge.
