Terraces Restaurant’s popular dinner buffet is levelling-up autumn feasts with themed buffet stations over the coming months. During March, April and May, the team will be whipping up delectable dishes inspired by Indian, Southeast Asian and Mexican cuisines to tantalise taste buds and take us on a culinary trip around the world.  

First up on the global adventure is India, with a delicious offering created by Executive Sous Chef, Grenal Godinho. Be transported to the coastal towns of the south with fresh seafood biryani and tangy Andhra tawa fish fry. Then head north for a rich and hearty fare, featuring succulent roast meats such as a lamb yakhan. Finish off with sweet morsels of traditional Indian desserts.

April brings the heat to the table with Southeast Asian inspired dishes. The mix of cultures from Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia are the reason why this part of the world is the master of mixing sweet, sour, salty and spicy in their soups, stir-fries, stews and hot-pots. Terraces Restaurant is set to serve up a fragrant feast for the senses.

There’s nothing like a Mexican fiesta, and that’s what’s in store for those who dine at Terraces Restaurant in May. Mexico has a rich and ancient culture with much more to devour than tacos and tequila (although we do love those too). Expect fresh salsas and rich sauces infused with a depth of flavour that could never be replicated in a jar sauce or flavour sachet at home.
