Plants and pastries – don’t miss The Borrowed Nursery’s birthday bash

The Borrowed Nursery is throwing a two-day birthday bash and you're invited. It's been a whole year since the wondrous nursery sprouted up in its rad Mermaid Beach digs and owner Lauren Lance wants you (yes, you) to help her celebrate. Hint – there's free coffee, pastries and plants ... our three favourite things.

A two-day birthday bender? You betcha. It’s all happening next weekend, November 25–26, on Cronulla Avenue, the home of The Borrowed Nursery. Most of the action will fall on the Saturday with plant giveaways, plus free Bam Bam pastries and coffee from Hula Girl Espresso for the first 100 customers. Yes, pals – we said free pastries and coffee.

Not only will there be loads of glorious greenery to ogle at, you should also prepare your eyes and your iPhone for a brilliant balloon installation on the building by Ruby Ju Events. Helloooo, Instagram. Heck, you might even cross a few Christmas gifts off the list while you’re at it. The Borrow Nursery‘s birthday celebrations run from 9:00–4:00 pm on Saturday November 25 and Sunday November 26. Don’t miss this.
