Starting from $119 per person, guests will be able to indulge in a whistle-wetting three-hour drinks package. If you’re looking to up the ante, there are packages starting from $159 per person that include a range of tempting Christmas classics and fresh seafood, as well as a decked-out venue with festive table settings and a Christmas tree. For groups of 10 to 49 guests, toast to the season with a welcome drink in a reserved section in Catch Restaurant or Deck Bar starting from $69 per person. You can even level up the merry vibes with a three-course menu in Catch Restaurant for $79 per person.
Those with groups of 20 or more guests can soak up the sun with a Luxe Pool Party Package. These start from $209 person and includes exclusive use of Hilton’s plunge pool (so bring your swimmers!) and sun lounges for three hours. Levelling up the soiree will be a selection of sips and snacks like roving natural oysters, caviar bumps, sashimi platters, decadent canapes, and your choice of bottomless Pommery or selected cocktails for three hours.
