Since opening in February 2014, The Paddock Bakery in Miami has been baking fresh loaves daily to feed the masses that congregate almost religiously. Tucked away in a side street off Christine Avenue, the cafe is housed in a charmingly renovated weatherboard. The Paddock Bakery offers a range of freshly baked breads among other niceties including the house-roasted muesli and famous Nutella doughnuts.
