The American food wave that is taking over the Gold Coast has continued following the opening of Boom Boom Burgers. Tucked-away off the main thoroughfare in Chevron Island, the eatery is plating up American classics with a little French finesse. Before you go assuming Boom Boom Burgers is just another American-inspired eatery, you should know that it is the latest venture from Michelin-starred chef Meyjitte Boughenout, former owner of Absynthe French Restaurant, and Arnaud Ollivier.
