We’re talking tiger prawns tossed in tawa with pink peppercorns, shallots and ginger, plus fish fillet in malabar coconut and lemon gravy, and braised masala lamb shanks with a pistachio and rose petal crust – talk about a twist! A series of specials are featured regularly, including a range of Indo-Chinese street-food dishes showcasing true variety and depth. The fit-out (and the wine list) is just as impressive at the menu.
