The only waterfront dining option at Capri on Via Roma, Edgewater is a large modern venue incorporating design that captures the brilliant north facing waterfront location overlooking the Surfers Paradise skyline. Sitting in the restaurant you look out over the Isle of Capri inlets and local boats or take a seat outside on the waters edge and soak up the sun. The Edgewater menu is suitable for breakfast, grazing small share plates or a fine dining long lunch or dinner covering all courses.
