Burleigh Town Hotel’s new modern bistro is putting a contemporary spin on all of your favourite classic Australian pub fare. We’re talking crispy schnitzels, melt-in-your-mouth steaks and tasty burgers, as well as a selection of piping hot pizzas straight from the wood-fired oven and baked to perfection using hand-stretched dough.
