To celebrate, Chloe Watts, the driving force behind the bar-raising waterfront venue, has curated a sublime gin-centric cocktail range to showcase the unique spirit. An easy-drinking gin that offers a hint of native Australian botanicals, Papa Salt was designed to complement any soda, taste great with tonic and make a mean martini, so it’s only fitting that Tarte’s cocktail menu offers a tasty twist on the classic sip. Flavours like grapefruit and lemon balm, kaffir lime with finger-lime pearls and sage and pink peppercorn pair perfectly with the citrus-cured salmon with whipped creme fraiche.

To commemorate the partnership of our dreams, Tarte Beach House has officially unveiled the venue’s evening offering, where diners can enjoy Beach House’s Papa Salt cocktail offering into the night. The private dinners are available by request, and look a little something like this – a candle-lit long table stretched along the balcony. You and your nearest and dearest sipping cocktails overlooking the water at sunset, before tucking into a delectable six-course menu that can be served family style or as individual courses.
