Who said summer was over? Head to Helensvale on Saturday March 9 for the second annual pop-up street carnival – The Surrounds Summer Social!

This year it’s all the more special, with The Surrounds teaming up with the friendly folk behind NightQuarter to bring you an evening of festivities for the whole family.

For the little ones there will be face painters, balloon artists, a jumping castle, a clown show, roving performers and even a dance party to keep them entertained.

Us adults can enjoy live music while sipping on craft beers, local wines and summer cocktails at the Spritzer Bar (hello), and take in the spectacular fireworks display under the stars.

This event is NightQuarter’s final hurrah in Helensvale, following its closure in February – so pack the picnic blanket, grab the family and show your support!
