Crystalbrook Byron’s Forest Byron Bay is joining forces with some of the best wineries in South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales for a month-long series of long lunches and cellar door pop-ups.
Every weekend in August, Crystalbrook Byron will host some of the most beloved wineries and wine makers from around Australia. On Saturdays, the winemakers will take over the hotel’s restaurant Forest for a lavish long lunch, which will see decadent dishes paired with delightful drops. August 6–7 will feature dynamite drinkmakers Dal Zotto Wines (hello, prosecco!), August 13–14 will see Barossa beauty Whistler Wines visit the venue, while Mclaren Vale’s Nick Spencer Wines will pour sumptuous sips from August 20–21. Finally, August 27–28 will see Oliver’s Taranga Vineyards visit the Byron favourite with 2022 ‘Winemaker of the Year’ Corrina Wright in tow for the long lunch.
