From a seafood-laden buffet feast at the much-loved dining destination Citrique to a four-hour-long cocktail-style soiree at Chapter & Verse, there’s something for every kind of fun-lover.
Expect to dine on a myriad of Australian oceanic delights including Byron Point spanner crabs, Hervey Bay scallops, Tasmanian smoked salmon, Mooloolaba king prawns and Western rock lobsters alongside a spread of salads, sushi, sashimi, wood-fired pizzas and a dedicated carving station.
