The LIVINWell Program is a 45-minute mental health educational program building on LIVIN’s mantra, it ain’t weak to speak. The program aims to break the stigma of mental health, enhance self-efficacy (both helping yourself and helping others) and encourage help-seeking.

In collaboration with the Collective Minds photography exhibition at Robina Town Centre and through the support of Event Cinemas Robina, LIVIN is hosting a free community event to spread awareness and break the stigma surrounding mental health. After the program, attendees are invited to continue the conversation and join the LIVIN team in the foyer for a chat and some refreshments.

This event is suitable for ages 14 and over. While this is a free event, numbers are limited due to seating, so make sure you reserve your spot!
