The Jewel International Kite Festival will be a spectacular day of visually exciting kite displays, with the iconic Pacific Ocean as the backdrop. Experience the wonders of the Jewel Beachfront and the beautiful natural landscape of Surfers Paradise Beach.

This is a free community event and will include a day filled with fun for the whole family including stunning kite displays from professional kite artists, kite making workshops with nationally and internationally renowned kite masters, interactive children’s entertainment and food trucks from some of your local favourites.

Make sure to stay for the lantern parade at dusk along the beautiful beachfront.
