If you love nothing more than a multicultural food-truck feast, then you won’t want to miss the Gold Coast Food Truck Carnival. The event is coming to our shores courtesy of the Food Truck Carnival Co. and will see a convoy of more than 25 food-trucks lined up at the Broadwater Parklands in Southport from September 14-16. Expect some big names in the food-truck game to be dishing up the goods over the three days – we’re talking Food Kartel, Little Havana, Bao Brothers, That Greek Truck, King of the Wings, Flavours of Eataly, Whips & Co and plenty more. There will also be live music each day and night, DJ beats in between, and live acoustic sets all day Sunday. The event is the first of the Food Truck Carnival Co.’s summer series of roving events, which sees multi-day food truck festivals pop-up in various locations across the country.
