Going Gluten Free is easier said than done! Transforming your everyday diet to gluten free can be a stressful experience, especially if you have recently found out you are coeliac or intolerant. Georgia Barnes will discuss the key ingredients needed to transform your regular everyday meals into GF- friendly, as well as plenty of nutritional education.
You’ll also taste and learn two of her favourite recipe’s that you’ll want to make time and time again.
Accompanying Georgia for ‘Going Gluten Free’ is Olivia Jackson Battye, coeliac and owner of yum Gluten Free. With her background in public health and nutrition, Olivia is passionate about increasing awareness for Coeliac Disease and promotes how to live a satisfying and fulfilling life, whilst enjoying wonderful food with strict dietary restrictions. She shares practical tips and tricks and informs about gluten free products, cafes, restaurants and events through her website and social media platforms!
This workshop is suitable for persons with coeliac disease and other associated conditions.
