One thing better than brunch is a beachside brunch, preferably enjoyed in a luxe locale with cocktails. It sounds like a lot to ask, but the good people at Hyde Paradiso are bringing us just that! Diners can not only indulge in Chandon, but also spritzes including Bellini, limoncello and Aperol spritzes. If champagne and cocktails don’t float your boat, never fear – selected tap beer is also on offer. Enjoy seaside sips while dining on a fresh and delicious Mediterranean-inspired tapas menu, which includes an eggs Benny hash with truffle-honey hollandaise and bacon relish, a charred chicken and peach salad, popcorn prawns with tomato chutney and cannoli with chocolate and hazelnut mousse for those with a sweet tooth. A vegan menu option is available too.
Hyde Paradiso’s Beachside Brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm for a two-hour session of sipping on spritzes and dining on delicacies for $99 per person. The more the merrier, we say, and luckily Hyde Paradiso does too – groups from two to 30 people are welcome at the boozy brunch sessions. Bookings are a must for the in-demand dining experience, with brunch-goers advised to get in touch at least five days in advance to avoid missing out.
