Join 13 apprentice chefs from The Star Culinary Institute for a delicious five-course dinner as they take over Nineteen at The Star’s kitchen on July 10. The chefs will present a menu designed entirely by them with the guidance and support of The Star Gold Coast’s Executive Chef, Dustin Osuch, and Nineteen at The Star’s Executive Chef, Kelvin Andrews.
