To celebrate WONDER Festival and the bewitching display that is Borealis, HOTA is hosting a special edition of Fridays on the Lawn on Friday October 6. This time around, event-goers can relax by the Outdoor Stage under the enchanting lights of Borealis, with the experience made even sweeter with the sublime sounds of Mzaza filling the air. The three-time Queensland Music Award Winners will wow audiences with timeless melodies brought to life by accordion, violin, percussion, double bass and flamenco guitar.
Adding to the sense-enlivening experience will be a line-up of food trucks slinging tantalising nosh and a bar serving tipples for thirsty folk. There will even be a dedicated kids play space for little ones to run wild in. With performances running from 5:30–6:15 pm and 6:45–7:30 pm, all guests have to do is rock up with a rug or basic camping chair and get ready to experience a magical evening under a kaleidoscope of colour.
The best part? This event is completely free! For more information, head to the HOTA website.
