NEO is a new apartment building being developed by Cru Collective, which will soon cut a striking nine-storey figure on the Mermaid Beach skyline. Located on Peerless Avenue, the new project will feature one, two and three-bedroom apartments, which have been designed to perfectly capture the coastal environment.
