Southern charm – Magnoli Apartments introduces a new wave of luxury to Palm Beach

We all know that Palm Beach's most enviable attributes are its laid-back feel and village vibe – and what makes the suburb even more desirable is its ability to retain its charm when waves of change and natural progression sweep through. A newly launched boutique development by Sunland Group is poised to steer Palm Beach into an exciting new era – and it involves (a lot) more than just adding an apartment tower to the skyline.

Magnoli Apartments, launched just last month, is Sunland Group’s latest southern project, which will see two 12-storey residential apartment buildings, a collection of six luxury terrace homes and an on-site cafe seamlessly woven into a purpose-built green-filled community parkland area. The Magnoli Apartments site is nestled on a high-profile parcel on the corner of Gold Coast Highway and Brooke Avenue, with its contemporary residences geared to set a new architectural tone for the coastal hub of Palm Beach. The twin apartment buildings will feature a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom-plus-study designs, with each configuration including expansive indoor and outdoor living areas as well as entertainer-friendly kitchens highlighted with top-end appliances and finishings.

Prices start from $395,000 for a one-bedroom apartment and $580,000 for a two bedroom, while the luxe three-bedroom penthouses carry a starting price tag of $1.15 million. Residents of Magnoli Apartments will also have access to a resort-style pool, a relaxing lounge area and landscaped outdoor entertaining areas  – not to mention those dreamy ocean views and the delicious collection of nearby dining gems (we’re looking at you The Collective, The Scottish Prince and 8th Ave Terrace). You can check out the apartments in more detail at the on-site display suite on Brooke Avenue or head to Sunland Group’s website for more information.
