Jorge Mauleon, the owner of Kirra’s former Bread & Butter establishment, is behind The Italian Job, which is now open at the Gold Coast’s newest collaborative dining experience, The Collective. The Italian Job will feature amazingly authentic woodfired pizzas and antipasti plates. You’ll find everything from classic pizzas to modern-Italian combinations like mozzarella, roasted eggplant, roasted pumpkin, green beans, pesto sauce and parmesan cheese.
