If it wasn’t for the vibrant neon light hanging overhead attracting thirsty folk like moths to a flame, that is. Vinnies Dive in Southport has been instrumental in nurturing the city’s live music scene (pardon the pun) regularly hosting local and touring bands throughout the week and every weekend. The self-proclaimed dive bar is not here to win the best prize in a beauty pageant, instead, the crew care more about bands and beers, which is precisely why live music lovers cannot get enough.
