If you’re a fiend for a frothy, listen up because we have some good, nay great news. This year, beer lovers needn’t travel to experience a traditional Oktoberfest celebration with Weihenstephan, aka the oldest brewery in Germany, bringing the wonderful German tradition to us. Oktoberfest on the Coast fuses authentic Bavarian culture with good vibes and great music and will take place on October 5 at the Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre. Traditional dress is strongly encouraged, so dust off your dirndl and don your lederhosen and treat yourself to some German food, beer, dancing and music and party into the night. Keep an eye on the website for ticket releases!
