Construction is tipped to commence mid-year on the new shopping precinct, which will release around 5,50o-sqm of retail floorspace to the market. Around 3,362 sqm has already been scooped up for a full-line Woolworths, while a medical centre, chemist and gym operator have also been secured.
Epiq Marketplace will feature three distinct zones – a health and wellness zone, dining zone and grocery and services zone. Around 15 tenancies remain for lease across the zones, which will eventually house the likes of a bakery, cafes, a butcher, newsagent, vet and more. Completion is expected for around mid 2020.
