Owners Terry and Thuy Willemsen-Bell previously owned and operated a Vietnamese/Italian eatery in Ho Chi Minh City for ten years, and have brought the traditional Vietnamese street food experience Down Under. Having learnt everything from her grandmother at a young age, Thuy makes all the MSG-free food in house (including sauces!), and the fresh bone broth for the pho is made from scratch every day.
