Perched atop a two-storey building on Fletcher Street, The Bolt Hole has opened in Byron Bay, much to the delight of locals in the know. The venue is so new the owners haven’t gotten around to organising signage, so you’ll just have to follow the hum of blues music and the mouthwatering smell of barbecue.
