Byron Bay’s acclaimed Italian restaurant Cicchetti has ventured north of the border to open its first Queensland-based restaurant at Capri On Via Roma, Isle of Capri. Head chef Enrico Semenzato has evolved the award-winning menu, retaining some signature dishes whilst creating a large number of new standout dishes.
