If you frequent The Patio at Pacific Fair and have a penchant for fine fare, we have some exciting news! What a Catch is set to open its doors next month. The venue will be the latest from awarded chef Daniel Ridgeway who also owns Little Truffle Dining Room & Bar, BiN72 Coolangatta and BiN232 also at Pacific Fair. What a Catch will take the place of Wild Fish & Chips and while exact details are still being kept under wraps, we’re told to expect raw seafood, a signature burger, prawn-and-bug milk buns, fish anyway you like and house-made sauces. It will be licensed too, so you can enjoy a cheeky bug roll and champagne while you shop. Keep an eye out, we’ll bring you all of the delicious details as they come to hand.
