The Grill House is an authentic Brazilian barbecue restaurant, due to open at Southport’s foodie hub Australia Fair Metro by early August. Owner Ibrahim Ebid is bringing traditional Brazilian barbecued meats, chicken and seafood, as well as Brazilian beers, in a bright and colourful setting. The fit-out is said to be ‘carnivale’ style, reminiscent of the eclectic culture found in the streets of Brazil. Alongside the authentic eats, we’re told to gear up for live Brazilian dancing and vibrant music. We’re pretty pumped for this – we’ll keep you in the loop when The Grill House doors open.
