Southerners, there’s a new eatery and coffee hang in your ‘hood that you need to know about. Stable Coffee and Kitchen forms part of Cornerstone Stores and is guaranteed to be the backdrop for plenty of Insta-stories thanks to its next level fit-out. The venue features a predominantly plant-based menu with seasonal local produce. For breakfast, people have been loving the raw tuna and quinoa as well as buckwheat crepes and potato hash and for lunch, it’s the salads that have the line out the door. You can choose three and enjoy as is or add some sides such as favabean and chickpea falafel, organic chicken thigh skewer or raw marinated tuna. If you’re not feelin’ the salad vibe, there are a couple of burgers that are guaranteed to fill the void.
