Paper Cup Coffee on Ferry Road is the second venue from Zoe Scorgie and Glen Hordern, who first set up in Labrador in 2015. You can choose from the likes of acai bowls to smashed-avo bagels, chorizo paninis and breakfast rolls, before your eye quickly draws to the cabinet of sweet treats. Nutella cronuts and doughnuts for those living on the edge, as well as a decent spread of gluten and dairy-free raw slices for those who like to play it safe. Coffee is always king at Paper Cup – when you order, you’ll be offered either Blackboard Coffee or Melbourne’s Proud Mary blend. A full breakfast and lunch menu will launch around August.
