No Bones Byron Bay is a plant-based eatery with an ethos that ethical food should still be delicious. Offering fresh coastal fare in a laid-back setting in the centre of town, No Bones also has a top-notch drinks list to pair with its delectable vegan bites. The delicious morsels of goodness at No Bones are designed to be shared, which you may not want to do once you see what’s on offer! If you thought vegan eats would be boring, think again – plates include Cooper’s Shoot tomato bruschetta with smoked-olive tapenade, basil oil and pickled red onions, and the crispy fried ‘chicken’ with agave-sriracha glaze, sesame and spring onion. Bigger plates include a handmade beetroot ravioli with sage butter, roast walnuts, Botanical Cuisine macadamia fetta and baby rocket, the Beyond Meat beef burger or a pulled barbecue-jackfruit burger. Luckily for our tastebuds, No Bones also shakes up a mouth-watering array of cocktails, as well as a selection of wines that are independently made, natural, organic or biodynamic and sulphate free.
