Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise and reflecting the laid-back beach vibes, Ms Margot’s is the spot to be if you’re keen for a brunch bite or a long lunch. With the brand-new menu featuring an extensive cocktail list including signature sips such as the Spritz a Bella (peach liquer, wild strawberry liqueur, raspberry puree, prosecco and aromatic bitters) and the Dane-gerous Spark (Havana Club Anejo rum, agave nectar, fresh chilli and lime juice) plus all the classics, those partial to a tipple are spoilt for choice.

Not content with just serving superb sips, Ms Margot’s also offers up an array of bites including small plates and larger dishes that are perfect for sharing. Think beer-battered Moreton Bay bug rolls and kingfish sashimi with pickled papaya and ponzu to start, followed by the chargrilled striploin with Jerusalem artichoke puree, spring onions and black garlic butter. If you’re just keen for something to nibble on, go for the drool-inspiring grazing board or some sweet potato fries with truffle mayo. The menu, created by Hilton executive chef Kathy Tindall, has a focus on sustainably sourced seafood and is ideal for enjoying with a group of friends over a glass of wine or one of the Sydney Brewery beers on tap.
