Breakfast bites, which are available from 6:30 am until sold out, consist of two options – housemade sausage, scrambled egg and American cheese with a swathe of dijon on an English muffin, or go sans sausage for something a little lighter. From 9:00 am, the sandwich selection increases to five, including a curious kimchi Reuben to a Canadian classic rare roast beef that is slathered with housemade horseradish mayo and served with a cup of jus for dunking and slurping. Those who cannot resist a burger will love the jalapeno-brined fried chicken that offers a hint of heat, while plant-based pals can wrap their mitts around a chickpea salad hoagie or a panko-crumbed mushroom poh boy. There are no substitutions or extras, each sandwich is designed to taste exactly as it tastes each time you taste it.
