Iron & Resin Garage in Currumbin is an ode to burgers, bikes, beer and coffee. Somewhat hidden in plain sight in Currumbin’s booming industrial corridor, Iron & Resin Garage was always based around the notion that you were just hanging out in your grandad’s shed. When it comes to the menu, Iron & Resin Garage isn’t overly complex or fancy – it’s a couple of breakfast options, sandwiches and burgers. A word of warning, the burgers are absolute beasts that require both hands. There are no plates or polished silverware here, you just have to go all in and get a little saucy. The specials, however, are where the team really lets loose and gets a little wild. Here you’ll find everything from the Knucklehead platter, loaded with a pork knuckle, wings and ribs, alongside creations like the Little Italy Pizza Burger, which is pretty much exactly as it sounds – pepperoni pizza sandwiched on top of a double beef burger and doused in Jimbo’s famous red sauce.
