The Henchman is a cafe and events space nestled along the Gold Coast Highway in Miami. Out the front you’ll find a black-and-timber shipping container surrounded by astro turf, white picnic tables, a hammock, umbrellas and hanging seats. The shipping container is where the action happens – it slings coffees from organic roaster Byron Bay Coffee Company from 4:30 am daily, and pumps out a series of all-day eats and on-the-go snacks. At midday, a lunch menu kicks off, which runs right through until dinner time (yep, it’s open seven days a week for dinner!) with eats like pizzas, steaks, antipasto platters and more. The bar also opens at midday daily, serving cocktails, beers, wines and more.
