Owner and baker Ashleigh Bailey is a self-taught cupcake connoisseur who has a loyal fanbase following her trail of sprinkles from her previous Southport establishment. With 70 (!) flavours of gourmet cupcakes on rotation, your indulgent choices include chocolate peanut butter, cinnamon and spiced apple, blueberry pancake, cappuccino cream, lime and coconut, deep chocolate mud cake, salted caramel and lemon meringue pie among many more. Frosted Kitchen also whips up old-school desserts and drinks such as spiders, banana splits and the popular knickerbocker glory – a fruity, layered ice-cream sundae concoction that will keep you in Nan’s good books.
