This is the first bricks-and-mortar location for popular local food truck Cycho’s Buffalo Wings. It saucy wings are the king here, which are joined on the menu by burgers, sliders, loaded fries, desserts and more. The wings are offered in ten different international flavours, from Japanese-style miso and orange to a simmering vinegar-infused Filipino-style sauce. The towering milk-bun burgers range from a classic cheeseburger to an Asian-style soft-shell-crab burger, as well as a buffalo chicken burger that comes loaded with a juicy deep-fried thigh fillet, buffalo sauce, smoked cheddar and coleslaw. You’ll also find smaller sliders in flavours like sticky pork belly and kimchi, and tofu with grilled enoki, as well as a series of loaded fries – think Japanese-style okonomiyaki fries with tonkatsu sauce and bonito flakes, and the ‘gangnam style’ with beef bulgogi, grilled kimchi and chilli mayo. There are a bunch of beers on tap, a small selection of wines and decadent milkshakes to chase your feast with, while sweet tooths looking for a finisher can gobble deep-fried ice-cream with cornflakes.
