Whilst unassuming in appearance, the coffee here is anything but with a dedicated following of patrons who make a pit-stop here part of their morning ritual. If you’re feeling a little famished, Circle Espresso dishes up a satisfying selection of simple-yet-tasty morning meals such as salmon and avocado on Turkish toast, acai bowls, loaded croissants and the aptly named Big Breaky, which is filled with all of your faves including crispy bacon, eggs, sausage, avocado, cooked tomato, beans, spinach and toast drizzled with balsamic. Come lunch time, the nook offers a selection of sandwiches, toasties and wraps holding a variety of tasty fillings including chicken pesto, smoked salmon and a bagel slathered with cream cheese and bacon, because everything is better with bacon. Whilst Surfers Paradise isn’t exactly short on places to get amazing coffee, Circle Espresso has created an army of caffeine addicts who refuse to go anywhere else.
