Ciccio’s Pizza and Gelato, led by Sicilian chef Emanuele Malara and Enzo Marturano of Enzo’s Cucina, is transforming the former Marilyn’s Bar & Diner into a cozy 60-seat neighbourhood pizzeria. The venue will feature an open kitchen where Emanuele expertly crafts contemporary-style, high-fermentation dough, resulting in light, easy-to-digest pizzas. With about 30 toppings across classic and gourmet menus, and a gelato bar offering freshly made Italian gelato, Ciccio’s promises a unique pizza experience complemented by a carefully curated selection of Italian wines, including pizza and wine pairings.
